OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Fresh Housing takes Health and Safety very seriously. We carry out regular 6 weekly risk assessments and have 24 hour maintenance operatives in place who can respond to all emergencies within 30 minutes of a call.

 

We are very aware of child and adult protection and provide our maintenance staff who are all fully CRB checked with regular supervision and training in these areas thus we actively make use of our policies and procedures in order to safeguard vulnerable adults and children.
